RUMOR HAS IT    

If you've made an effort to uncover what's behind the closed doors of this world, you will learn that there is a secret, unaffiliated establishment named The Gilded Cage. Its entrance is a constantly shifting location to avoid guard raids, but if you seek it, a door will reveal itself to you away from prying eyes.

Your first discussion with me is free, friend, but ask your questions wisely. The next time we meet, you'll have to do me a favor.
The man patiently waits for those investigating this place, regardless of their allegiance with the guard or other occupations. Cree is the head of the criminal underground and spy network of El Nysa, and if you've sharp eyes and ears, you can see the bird atop his shoulder twittering not-so-unintelligible noises into his ear about you. Those who have played an active role in chasing associates of the Shady Man will get the sense this is not the first time he's seen them.

Arriving characters are free to inquire about the state of affairs of both Olympia and Wyver, and may ask questions on behalf of others. Players may reach Cree at the following UNAFFILIATED NPC CONTACT, and only his contact.


Otherwise, this setting is available to all characters as a hub for a thieves guild, gambling ring, black market, smuggler's den, and any other activities that would make a mother weep. Rare items with the properties from Flora and Fauna are available at a high cost of silver, as well as the raw materials for their own creations. Natives to both Olympia and Wyver are not sparse here, so there is one code of conduct: no killing on the premise.
